 | You must identify "RentalHousing.com" as the sole referral source for the property when you first visit the community. |
| You must sign a new lease with and become a new tenant of a property registered with RentalHousing.com (the property must be listed on the RentalHousing.com website). We do not grant a reward for leases signed with properties listed on our affiliates' websites. |
| All leases must be reported to us within 30 days of your move-in date. If you report your lease with-in 48 hours after move-in we'll add 10% for a total of no more than $110.00! Not all communities qualify. Ask if you have questions. |
| Only one reward will be granted per lease signed (only one person per unit may report the lease and claim the reward). |
| You may not have previously lived in the property (or a related property*) where you have signed a new lease. |
| You may not be a current or former employee of the property (or a related property*) where you have signed a new lease. |
| Rewards are for 12 Month or Longer lease Terms. Terms less than 12 month "may" be awarded a reward. Please contact RHC for information on shorter term rewards. |
| * A "related property" is a property that is owned or managed by the same company as the property where you have signed a new lease. |
| The reward program DOES NOT apply to corporate rentals. Sorry. |
| When will I get the reward? If you report your lease no later than 30 days after you move in, we'll begin processing of your payment immediately. After we receive confirmation from the management of your new property that you have identified "RentalHousing.com" as your sole referral source and moved into your new place, we'll submit your lease report for final processing. This usually takes 30 days from the date you report your lease and take occupancy. Our goal is to send your check as soon as possible! |
| Will the properties raise my rent so they can pay
your fee? No, not at all. You get the same deals, same specials as anyone else not using RentalHousing.com except for one thing, you get the reward :) |
